Theme for April:

There are a lot of games coming out this month. Players this month can get a nicely remastered and updated next gen copy of Dark Souls II (perfect for those Xbox One players who were unable to get Bloodborne), Broken Age act two, Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, and many more.
However, we can all agree that Mortal Kombat X is the one, non-remastered and re-released game, that everybody is aware of, therefore it will be our theme for April!
Mortal Kombat X comes out April 14th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and 360…
No Sleep Groupies – Uncle Grandpa
Well, I suppose this is a thing now. Hopefully this won’t happen every week though. In this episode, Geoff is joined by Taylor and Tom to experience the magic that is Uncle Grandpa. Enjoy!
No Sleep With Geoff – Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers
Hey guys and welcome to the first of who knows in a series of lonely episodes! Geoff didn’t have much free time and Tom has cousins over at the moment, so a group podcast wasn’t possible this week. To fill the void, Geoff made a recording of him watching Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers at 2 in the morning! Watch along with Geoff in his descent into madness as Japanese people beat the living hell out of crazy monsters from outer space. Enjoy!

TGOD 7 marks our 100th video made
Taylor Games Or Die is not a pretty or aged series, but it is something we like to do for better or for worse.
Anyways our newest entry is about to be published on youtube, go check it out in a couple minutes if you want. But not only is it a new episode, it’s also our 100th.
How the heck did we make 100 videos?? did we seriously make 100 cruddy videos??? Pretty neat for us if you ask me.
Oh well, kind of an excuse to write more but still… pretty cool.
GeekBeerz member Shrew returns in April!
In the second quarter of 2013, our good friend Sherman left to go on a church mission. For those who may not know, Shrew was an original member of Geekbeerz who helped found and name the site (when it was originally just a blog). He used to be part of the original “GBP” podcast series, and he was also sort of like our hardcore manager who made sure we stayed on track.
Now I’m happy to announce that he’s coming back! He is scheduled to return early next month. We are excited to see him again as well as re-welcome him back into GeekBeerz!
Expect more details in the later weeks…
Theme of the Month: Bloodborne
We are now doing this new thing where we pick a particular theme for the month, one that contributes to a game releasing in the month. This simply means that we’ll be changing the background image every now and then to keep our site from looking overly stale. For this month it’s safe to say that our theme has to be Bloodborne!
Bloodborne releases on March 24th exclusively to Playstation 4.
Top 5 Green Lantern Corps Members

Happy St. Patrick’s day! The Holiday where you’re either smart enough to wear green or dumb enough to get constantly pinched. I was originally going to write this about a week ago but realized that the upcoming holiday would be a perfect time to do this post.
It’s no surprise that everyone, well everyone here at GeekBeerz, loves the crap out of Batman. But what about that other cool DC character? No not that stupid S-chested fool, the green guy.
Green Lantern is actually a pretty cool character (Hal Jordan, Jon Stewart, etc.) with some pretty cool space-related notions and stories. Unfortunately his fame has been tested over the years and not for the better, that 2011 film certainly didn’t help. But if there’s one thing that most people can agree on, it would be the various alien members of the Lantern Corps.
There are many that exist, a roster as big or bigger then the entire cast of X-men characters. Some are very commonly known like Tomar-Re and Kiliwog, but there are many more than just those guys, of course there is only five on this list that we enjoy the most.
So here are our top five Green Lantern Corps Members! Remember, it’s strictly the other alien characters and not the human members: Read the rest of this entry
Tagcast 004 – Vibranium Cancer
Hey guys! We’re back after a long month of busy schedules to release a collective brain fart of madness known as podcasting. This week, we talk about everything Marvel Cinematic Universe related. Outside of that, we talk a little about video games and whatnot, but we got really excited about Avengers 2 and Geoff finally catching up with all the movies so prepare for a lot of comic book talk again! Enjoy!
Tagcast 003 – We Forgot The Ducks!
We’re back to bring you a (somewhat late) addition to the Tagcast! It’s just Tom and I this time because Ketty was at work and Taylor had family stuff to do. What you are about to listen to is collection of madness spurred on by our tiredness of a weird day, and our lack of games and shows to talk about. Also, just a mild language warning as well. Listen at your own risk, and enjoy!
