Hello guys, as promised I am here to give an update on what’s to come in the following months / the remainder of the year. While we have taken a long hiatus from the site, we are still conducting ideas and plans in the background. I think this list would go better if we were to split it into different categories…

Yes, Geeks In A Dungeon – The Video Series Is Still Happening:

Geeks in a Dungeon, as some may know, is a podcast series from our own member Sherman. It follows our own adventure, using DnD rules and equipment, through an episodic story line that involves all of us playing unique characters. I was announced way back in April that a video version of the series was being made. Months later and still no video version, what gives?

Well the short answer is that it’s still being worked on. There was a major shift in idea that required going back to redo completed segments, thus requiring more time to work on it. But as of now we are looking at it being at least halfway complete. I’m certain that it will release before the end of the year.

Geeks In A Dungeon Episodes Will Continue… Eventually:

The regular episodic podcast series of the DnD adventure will eventually continue on, it’s just hard to say when. Sherman is currently working a job that requires ridiculous amounts of hours weekly, so it’s hard to have time to work on the series with so little time. Other problems include getting everyone together again in the same room. There are five of us needed to keep the series going but we are all busy at random times, making a meeting together currently seem impossible at the moment. But once things start to settle, rest assured we’ll be back on this as soon as possible!

The Fantasy Gorilla Series Scrapped, A New Successor On The Horizon:

We had plans to make a series called Fantasy Gorilla a while back, with hopes that the first episode would release around this time of August, unfortunately with the busy schedules as well as other things (Taylor getting sick for the four-hundreth time and myself getting “booted” due to an injury to my foot) Fantasy Gorilla seems to now just be nothing more than… Well a fantasy.

Thankfully, there is a new idea that I hope will get going fairly soon. Not only is it something that everyone would be interested in, but it’s also something that is a bit funny in a sort of inside joke situation. I promise more information will come out soon…

Taylor / Tom Games Or Die Will No Longer Be Frequent As A Series:

Again, due to personal lives and other annoyances, it also looks as though keeping the “TGOD” series as a weekly planned phenomenon will be unlikely. This is not to say that the idea is forever cancelled, but it will just be a thing that happens sometimes throughout the years. Both myself and Taylor will play games on our twitch channel still, together or separately, but it will no longer be a scheduled or announced thing.

We may keep on announcing when a stream is happening, but don’t expect it to happen weekly or even monthly.

Get Excited For More Halloween 2018 Posts / Videos?:

Like last year, where we had a new Halloween-related post every single day of the month of October, we plan on doing that very thing once again! Our hope is to make more interesting editorials with much more variety. And perhaps this year we’ll even see more Creepypasta reads? Geoff will certainly be busy with his own life, being married and all (yes, he’s getting married. Congrats Geoff!), but it is something that he always hoped to bring back again and perhaps this year will be the golden opportunity.
